Spectrum Engineers has a long history of providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing
(MEP) engineering services for the George E. Wahlen Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
We have worked on more than 100 separate projects on this campus alone. Spectrum
has held multiple five-year mechanical and electrical Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite
Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide a variety of campus wide mechanical and electrical
upgrades. Spectrum has participated in projects that improve systems efficiencies,
maintainability and energy consumption under these IDIQ contracts. Projects include:
Master Planning, Segmental Design Upgrades, and Enhanced Construction Administration
Services for improvements to the Campus 15kV Electrical Distribution System, Chilled
Water System, and Domestic Hard Water Systems, Fiber Optic Upgrades Study/Design,
Building 44 Emergency Distribution Center, and other projects.
