Utah Air National Guard Building 10 C-12 Hangar

Servicing modern aircraft is a challenging task. We were asked to provide a different lighting system that made inspections easier on the maintenance crews and managed the energy used for this building.Joseph M. “Jody” Good, III, LC, IALD, FIES, USITT, LEED AP, Spectrum Engineers

Utah Air National Guard Building 10 C-12 Hangar

Spectrum designed all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for this 14,900 square foot, $4 million remodel. The project involved repurposing an existing building into aircraft space. Fire protection included high expansion foam system and dual fire pumps.

Repurposing existing space is always a welcomed challenge. In this case, we transformed nearly 15,000 sq. ft. This facility will help servicemen & women maintain aircraft that protect and serve our country.Spencer Little, P.E., Spectrum Engineers
