Intermountain Healthcare Dixie Regional Medical Center Campus Reconfiguration

Dixie Regional Medical Center (DRMC) provides advanced trauma services as well as sophisticated medical services, known as “tertiary care,” to Southern Utah and the entire Utah, Colorado, Nevada, tri-state region. The campus comprises a three-level diagnostic and treatment center with a five-level, 132-bed patient tower, and an integrated medical office building (MOB). Together, these facilities total some 420,000 square feet (including the 70,000 sq-square-foot MOB), with a total construction cost of approximately $65 million. The new hospital includes medical office space for 35 to 50 doctors and houses a staff of more than 350.
