Southern Utah University Living and Learning Center, Phase I

Phase I is estimated to cost $7,736,000 and consists of approximately 95,000 sq. ft of new student housing supporting a total of 300 beds in apartment-style configurations. The living/learning component includes a computer lab, group study/conference, lobby space and television/game lounge, laundry rooms and vending areas plus an administrative suite. Spectrum Engineers designed the fiber optic, communications, CCTV and telephone systems service to the building, the interior and exterior lighting and power distribution and an extension of the campus medium voltage system to serve the Living Learning Center.
