Spectrum Engineers has provided mechanical and electrical engineering and technology
and lighting design services on 122 projects at the Salt Lake City International
Airport (SLCIA). Spectrum has held contracts for on-call mechanical and on-call
electrical engineering at SLCIA, completing 69 mechanical and 46 electrical projects.
Whether as a subconsultant to an architect or through the on-call engineering contracts,
Spectrum’s SLCIA experience has included a new digital airport paging system, concourse
and tarmac lighting, concourse modifications and improvements, various modifications
and upgrades accommodating airport tenants, TSA screening/EDS modifications, jetway
installations, passenger boarding bridges, chilled water loop/energy optimization,
parking, office/administration and many other projects.
